Is this the same as a general contractor?

No. A general contractor on a tender prices someone else’s documents. We originate the development, or we run end-to-end D&C with the landowner. We do not bid construct-only competitive tenders.

Can I still use you if I already own the land?

Yes — that is turnkey design-and-construct, not the Indevelop acquire path.
