Landowners who want turnkey D&C, and investors or commercial agents on the Indevelop land-to-lease path. Not construct-only tender panels.
Do you take competitive tenders or construct-only work?
No. We do not bid construct-only competitive tenders. The work we take on is development we originate with Indevelop, or design-and-construct we run end to end with the landowner.
